MINDFULNESS-BASED STRESS REDUCTION
Mindfulness is a practice that helps us to see things as they really are with kindness and compassion. It can be a radical act of self-love and self-care. This 8-week group experience offers an opportunity to wake up to life and be more present in our everyday experiences.
Some of the benefits of a mindfulness practice can include:
decreased anxiety
reduction in repetitive thoughts
improved ability to manage pain
reduction in blood pressure
increased awareness of your eating habits
